Ed Van Hoven
Founder & President
Third generation grower Ed Van Hoven grew up working in the greenhouse business. Ed learned from his grandfather Aart Van Wingerden and his father Jerry Van Hoven the ins and outs of the greenhouse industry. He learned what it meant to work hard, help others, and leave the rest up to God.

Every step of the way he has been guided by a good work ethic, his faith in God, and the support of his family.

Brandon has grown up in the business just like his father, and aspires to continue the family legacy of growing exceptional flowers right here in Orange, Virginia.
Growers​
Our growers are responsible for the management of the crop growing operations for the greenhouse. They ensure the proper implementation of the core principles and practices of plant cultivation, propagation, and protection. With exceptional and innovative growing tools, our growers are able to expertly time and manage crop production.
Sales
Our experienced sales team is focused on delivering outstanding customer service. We partner with our customers to design and deliver a successful Live Goods program.
Logistics & Operations
Our logistics team focuses on the daily shipping activities of the warehouse. This team works in tandem with operations to ensure quality control, productivity and efficiency. Logistics ensures shipments are shipped in a safe and timely manner.
Greenhouse Staff
The success of our operation depends on the many team members who produce and maintain our crops. Daily greenhouse duties include sowing, flat-filling, planting, spacing plants and collecting product for shipping.
Office Staff
Our office staff handles accounting, personnel and administrative duties, procurement and oversees IT for American Color.
